Terms of Service

These terms are a template for operators of a Skein deployment and must be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.

You are responsible for the content you and your team synchronize through the service, and for having the rights to it.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; plan limits then revert to the Free plan, and data beyond those limits (history older than the retention window, snapshots over quota) may be removed.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example, attempts to access other customers’ data or to disrupt the realtime service).
